Noah & Kelsey's Quilt

In January I began a mission to create a quilt for my sweet niece Kels, 
I dropped it off to be quilted (hand quilted no less) 
and left on our mission never getting to see the finished quilt.  
It's rather like dropping off a child, you become so attached.  
It was such fun to make and it's final home would be with a darling couple, 
Kels and Noah.  
So here it is, WHALLA, finished!

Celebrating the Queen

It isn't all that unusual to see a horse and buggy on the roads of Bermuda.  But a few weeks back while driving home we spotted this beautiful horse and carriage; the drivers in formal dress.  It had been in Hamilton for a celebration honoring the Queen of England.  Fun don't you think!

Fathers Past & Present

I know that Fathers Day has come and gone, but not so with fatherhood.  We are eternally joined and what a blessing that is in our lives. Some have passed on, others we see daily, and some are busily involved being DADS.  None are perfect, but all are loved. Even though late, I must pay tribute to the many fathers in my life . "It is a wise father who knows his child.  But maybe it's a very wise child who takes time to know his father." -Anonymous What questions I would ask if I only had moments again with both Grandfathers and my Dad!  It seems time was fleeting, then gone.  What I would give for a few more minutes.   I miss them!
