Happy Birthday to Grandma Edie and Uncle Rich!    We missed another one, but will be there for the next year : )   However, Emily and Roz represented us well by going to visit Grandma, thanks girls.
Early morning view from the top of the stadium seats.
Quaint, charming, cozy, crisp, clean, just dang inviting!
We walk at the stadium and had the opportunity to meet Teresa Perozzi.  We watched as she trained with such diligence, strength, and determination.  Her husband would often come and help her train. In visiting with them we discovered that she is a WIBC and NABC middleweight boxing champion who has been ranked as high as 5th in the world.  Very cool, she is a very nice person (sure wouldn't want her mad at me ; )  Fun!
We were visiting members in St Georges when we saw this darling little lady.  She is all dolled up on a Sunday waiting for the bus.  After requesting a picture she very graciously agreed!  She is as charming as the Parrish of St George.
Happy Birthday Collin! Thirty-three years ago we were blessed to have Collin join our family. He is the most generous, big hearted person I know.  His sensitivity to others needs and genuine desire to help others makes him one of a kind, as well as a terrific father.  Thanks bud for being you! We LOVE YOU!

Pretty and Pink

This is Valarie, we were shopping for Relief Society and somehow dropped into a department store. Of course we had to try the hats. This one was made for her.  Isn't she darling!

Scoot - Scoot Boogie!

Okay, so I'm slow!  But don't you love this picture of Bart!   I snapped this while following him up to St Georges last fall.
Nothing like the Bermuda SUN to whiten things up as they dry.
Mowing the lawn in Bermuda ; )

Teeny, Tiny Gas Station ; )

I love, love this tiny little gas station / quick stop!  You might have noticed the back is right on the water. T hey gas cars in front and boats off the back ! SWEET!

Unique Names

Upon arriving here in Bermuda a lady asked me what she could do to help us get settled.  I confessed it was hard to pronounce some names, if she could only help me with that it would be wonderful.   Her reply, "Good luck, they make um up!"

Grams Braggin

Lucy Aidan 'Lil' Lucy, she is our newest little granddaughter. Love the hair-do!     Aidan (isn't he soooo good looking) is sporting a new hair-do too!

Another SIGN

What does this mean to you? Interesting address!

Turkey Hill

I'm easily amused by the creative street names!

Here and There

THERE HERE I sometimes start thinking of home and become a bit homesick.  Then all it takes is a picture like the one above, the THERE picture to realize how nice it is to be HERE! We are going to enjoy our time HERE in such a beautiful place, then we will go THERE and appreciate the beauties of winter.  But until then, sunny, green, ocean blue is just dandy!

Merry Christmas From Friends ; )

How bout this, virtual Christmas presents!  Thanks Brent and Suzan, you've brought new meaning to a picture is worth a "THOUSAND WORDS".  A good laugh is worth much more!  I'm sure it goes unsaid to enjoy the orange slices, but don't ride the bike to hard or stretch the sweater.  We will be coming home some day.  Thank you and MERRY CHRISTMAS to you and your family.  Love you!

Regina's "B"day

Our friend Regina shares a birthday with Bart and Joseph Smith.  We were invited to her party, it was so fun.  She had many friends and family to wish her Happy Birthday.  There was music, delicious food, and wonderful conversation.

"A Quick Ride Through New York"

Bart and I were running late to meet Rich and Jeanne.  There was no taxis to be had, so we opted for Dwight and his bike-ricksha.  I've never laughed so hard, at one point he stopped to make sure he wasn't scaring us.  But it was just the opposite, it was a riot and we arrived promptly.  After the show, we called him for a return ride.

Christmas in New York

Rich and Jeanne came to meet us in NYC.  It was so fun and great to see them.   I just didn't want to say goodbye.  Rich got tickets to the Rockettes Christmas show at Radio City Music Hall.   It was spectacular!   Especially their presentation of the Saviors birth.   It was so festive, it felt like Christmas!  Thanks Rich and Jeanne for coming :0
